I joined the waitlist, but I don't see any benefits yet.
Joining the waitlist grants early supporter eligibility. Your benefits activate once you sign up after launch using the same email.
When will I receive the launch or early access email?
We'll send a launch email to all waitlist members on the day insightea officially launches. This email includes the link to get started and activate your benefits.
Do I need to sign up with the same email I used for the waitlist?
Yes. Early supporter benefits are verified by the waitlist email. Signing up with a different email may prevent benefits from being applied.
I invited a friend, but it's not counted yet. Why?
Invites are counted only after your friend completes sign-up on insightea. Opening the invite link or joining the waitlist does not count as a completed invite.
My friend completed sign-up, but the invite count hasn't updated yet.
Invite status may take a short time to update after sign-up. If it doesn't update after a few minutes, please refresh the app and check again.
Why is the invite limit set to 3 people?
insightea prioritizes trust-based beginnings over viral growth. Three invites allow people to start together meaningfully, without diluting individual perspectives.
Is there a deadline to activate early supporter benefits?
Yes. Benefits activate when you sign up within 30 days after launch. After that period, the offer expires.
